Refund policy

We offer repair or replacement for manufacturing defects. We're not able to offer returns or refunds for preference-based reasons (e.g. "didn't like the color").

Damage on arrival, soundboard failure, and manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover damage from dueling, abuse, improper use, or products that have been resold, altered, or modified.
