We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work out. We offer a 30-day return policy for all lightsabers.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@lumasabers.com to start a return. Customer covers return shipping to our US warehouse.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and issue a refund within 14 days if it's in good condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories included. Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for a refund.

12-Month Warranty

Every lightsaber is covered for a full year against soundboard failure, manufacturing defects, and damage on arrival. If something's wrong out of the box or breaks down under normal use, we've got you.

Not covered: damage from abuse or improper use, or products that have been resold, altered, or modified.
