Every saber ships with a 12-month warranty covering damage on arrival, soundboard failure, and manufacturing defects. We'll repair or replace it, no hassle to you. The warranty doesn't cover damage from abuse, improper use, or products that have been resold, altered or modified.

If you're not happy with your saber, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@lumasabers.com to start a return. Customer covers return shipping.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and issue a refund within 14 days if it's in good condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories included. Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for a refund.
This guarantee covers general satisfaction with the product itself. It does not cover buyer's remorse on options selected at checkout (color, blade style, etc.).
